PCD tungsten scapers are used to remove thick coatings and adhesives from concrete floors.
The LeBurg PCD tungsten scapers are compatible with Husqvarna Redi Lock concrete grinders.
If you need to remove floor adhesive or a thick floor coating. This style of the segment is the most common. The tungsten segments scrape the adhesive off the floor whilst the metal bond diamond segment prevents the tungsten segments from wearing out.
After using these PCD scrapers use the 16 grit diamonds or the 20 grit diamonds.

PCD Definition
Commonly these are called “PCD”. This is technically wrong. PCD stands for polycrystalline diamond. The 2 segments on the shoe are tungsten.
Husqvarna Equivalent
These concrete grinding shoes are an alternative to using the Husqvarna Piranha G11Y1 concrete grinding shoes.

These were only $13. They were welded a little messy but they worked fine.

I’m sorry about that. The brazing of the segment on the adaptor plate is a little messy. The segment works the same but we will weld them neater in the future.
Concrete Surface Coatings –
I used these to remove vinyl adhesive. They were fine. It’s hard to compare but they were quite cheap.
